Athe6th

2023 - This was the year of my first release onto Soundcloud and, thus, marks the beginning of my career as an Artist.

While uneventful in terms of my initial output levels, this was the year that I fully committed to the life of a musician as it is also the period in which I began teaching myself how to produce and engineer my own tracks- since I literally could not afford to delegate these tasks to others. 

So, ironically, what started as a decision based on being a broke university student, has eventually become one of my best selling points as an artist and collaborator. This decision also led to my first unofficial cosign and collaboration when 3LACK (produced for SR, Tion Wayne and Polo G) engineered my 2nd release on SoundCloud after hearing a beat I'd been working on at that time.

2024- The wheels had officially started rolling at this point as this year I had tasked myself with finding 'my sound'.

This resulted in the most varied period of my career thus far in terms of both sonically and quality wise as I was producing some of the best material I had made to that point- while also struggling to wrap my head around of a vocal mix chain.

With that being said, I am grateful for this period as it concluded with my best performing song to date in 'BeReal', which would go onto feature on multiple soundcloud charts and curated playlists globally.

2025- Consistency invites momentum as this was the year that I started to see the fruits of my labour.

I started the year in the highest of spirits as while I was still in shock by the success of BeReal, the first 2 releases of the year ('Cycles' and 'ALL NYTE') went on to be successful in their own ways as Cycles became my radio debut (via BBC Introducing) and ALL NYTE became another fan favourite on streaming platforms, garnering over 1 thousand streams in it's first week. (Oh, and this was also the year I started releasing on all Digital Streaming Platforms (DSP's) as opposed to just SoundCloud.)

My main achievement from this year, however, was the release of my first project in Sorry I'm Late. This was something that I had been building up to all year around with the monthly releases, so when November 11th eventually came around- I felt like a young lad on christmas morning.

2026- This chapter is still currently being written, so I shall save everything I currently have noted down for the end of the year, but just know that things are looking very promising so far.
